Gold badges are the hardest to obtain. Only things that take a lot of hard work (or a lot of good luck) will be represented as gold badges.

Silver badges are uncommon, and generally require a superior performance by your team(s).

Bronze badges are fairly easy to get, and are often rewards for basic participation on XoHoops.
