Tips for New Owners

My 5 keys (Desired Rates)
1. Offensive Rebounding (30%)
2. Limiting Turnovers (12%)
3. 3pt Shooting (eFG% - 54%) or Drawing Fouls (FTM/FGA - 0.28+)
4. Blocks (8%)
5. Force Turnovers (15+%)

Seriously, what's the advantage of a guy that passes really often? Obviously Paul, Williams, Kidd and other elites have value in that they create 18-20 points in assists AND get there own 15-20 a night, but guys like Calderon? Miller?
